The information sheet for the LEDs I have bought (Z-3235) give the following values
Forward Voltage typ: 1.2 Max 2.0
Continuous Forward Current: 50mA
Peak Forward Current: 1A
Which values should I use with the circuit calculator?
I will be using USB power.

Hello Weyrman.
Don't use the peak forward current, it's the value used when pulse driving the leds. That's not the case in our setups.
Your max current value is 50mA. Your operating current has to be less or equal to that value.
Forward voltage is 1.2v , don't use 2.0v (it's once again the value used when pulse driving the leds).
USB power :
If you really want to use USB power , don't forget to add a ptc fuse to your circuit, to protect your PC motherboard.
