I tried everything.
changed several cams till i found 1 that works at 30 fps, then i changed my normal leds to ir leds, and still its impossible to get this into work.
i just dont know what else to do , the skull never goes were i want, and the video demo lol seems impossible to get near that.
if someone wants to help me i can give my msn adress so they can see how my 3 point hat leds work, and hopefully give some advices.
i just can´t do it.
