Hello!
First, thanks for this program I had already made a 4 point IR Cap with a modded Quickcam express. The webcam is not the best, i can only get 30 fps in 176x144. I'm using a magnet disk as a filter.
Problem:
If i move my head upwards, the ingame head wont move, or it starts zooming.
If i move to ex., right, the head will move strange ways. So, it wont move the way i want..
what could be the problem?

Maybe model dimensions? I think i set it up fine..

4 POINT setup is OBSOLETE, dont go there. (but it should work)

Yes the MODEL DIMENTIONS, matters. -corect them to the ones from your cap.

OR simply try to make it a 3 Point, by covering up the Front diode, AND recounfiguring the software again.
