your problem can be caused by wrong dimensions input or a lack of deadzone.
read the following post, I think and hope it will solve your problem.I know you have four leds an in this post there are 3 leds, but in the end it is almost the same. :)

Now thats work better.
But still not good.
I think i should make 3point cap model.
I think that's easier to setup.
Right?

The 4 point cap works as good as the 3 point.

You only use the default settings in the model dimension and position settings.
In the "Model" section you have to measure and set up  as accurate as possible your own model dimensions and the position on your head.

Do not touch the global settings and set up these settings and curves in the "Profil" section: http://forum.free-track.net/index.php?showtopic=4039&message=19522

If it's the first time you are using headtracking take in count, that you need a time of adaptation as it is not a one to one movement.

Thanks steph.
I read that topic and i use it.
But still not work fine.
Maybe i don't setup the dimension and position settings so well.
4Point model need more power and that's not good.
1 of my LED is burn!
Today i must make another one... :snif:
One Question:
I must setup dimension and position settings everytime?
Because when i wear the cap, maybe the dimension and position settings have little different with before settings!
Thanks.
Sorry for my English...

No, you need to set up the dimensions and positions only one time for a new build.
Deactivate all translation movements (and even roll) and keep only yaw and pitch in a first time could be helpful.
