I have a Ps3eye camera and a 3 point clip. The clip is working as i can see the leds on my phone camera. I downloaded and installed the lastest CL eye driver and the lastest version of freetrack. I installed the Cl eye driver 1st and then plugged the camera. I opened the CL eye test and I can see the camera working and the LEDs. I close the Cl eye test application.

When I open the freetrack software, I select the ps3 eye camera and set the stream to 30fps at 640. when I hit the start button the thinking hour glass comes up for like 7-10 secs and then windows says that freetrack stopped responding and that it will close. I tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it back and same results. I run everything as administrator and shut off UAC but no luck.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Unfortunately I can't help you and I have similar problem. I have windows XP.
I installed everything that I found in this forum ( including the zip file which I put in track folder), drivers, Splitcam, tried to change settings in Freetrack...

Problem is that my Ps3eye camera works perfect in every program but not in freetrack which doesn't seem to "see" it.
I got black screen afther pressing "start" button (sometimes it also crashes there but sometimes not) where it should be a view of my 3 point cap. I tried to change settings but even on minimum treshold the screen is black (even when I turn on my flashlight directly on Ps3eye camera).


I'm very sad becouse I made everything work, bought camera and now I can't enjoy it

Hmmm that's funny becouse I just made it working

I just picked "splitcam Video Capture" as a source in freetrack and it works !!!

You have to instal "splitcam" program to do it.

Now i got problem becouse I have only 10 FPS in freetrack ... but maybe I'll find way to fix it too
