Hi, I found this site by chance whilst looking into head tracking ( was looking at Trackir 4 ). I would just like to say what a cracking bit of software.

I am really impressed with the results after making my own 3 point LED headset ( piccy below ). I am using a VX1000 cam and it works flawlessley and vastly improves my game play in Lockon and FSX. And all this for a few pounds.

Please note that is a mannequin, my better half hasn't really got a plastic head.

I have it on I420 , 320x240, outdoor, brightness 24, contrast 1.4, Gamma .49, hue -7, saturation 1.8, sharpness 4.00 , USB 5.0, exposure 112 , red .93 and white 1.07.

I also have 2 negative film strips taped in front ( 1 black unexposed section and 1 brown exposed section ).

Works well in natural and artificial light, get some light through from the low voltage lighting in the background but doesnt pick up on them.

I havnt had a chance to try it in strong sunlight yet, I guess it will need tweaking a bit. But so far it tracks perfectly.
