Hello everyone!
This is my first attempt to use Freetrack, it give a great opportunities, thanks for this software, but one issue kill all pleasure from using FT.
Main problem is too low fps in latest build. It's around 7-8. I tried FT *.297 with Genius i-slim 300 and Chicony DC-2120 on Win XP SP3 x86. (I know, it's too newbie question for another one new topic, but details are following)
First, camera settings window in latest FT is blank for both cameras. "Windows enabler" don't see any elements on the form. So, i downgraded to ver.2.1.2 and everything works fine. Switching AE off bumped fps to 30. Uninstalling 2.1 -> reinstalling 2.2 to the same folder == no result. Manual switching checkbox setting for "AE enabled" to 0 in Freetrack.ini == no result.
Second way: I downloaded AmCap, turned off AE in settings menu and after starting FT 2.2 is no result for any camera.
Third: I found driver settings in windows register and switched off AE there. And again no result. (But in amcap i see that settings changed, btw).
So, what is broken in camera settings dialog in FT 2.2 while in FT 2.1.2 all works fine and how options can be overriden? How can I force FT 2.2 to change AE settings?
Tomorrow I'll try to experiment with Logitech Quickcam for notebooks (i read good comments about it here), hope it will work.

I used RegMon to monitor values that both builds (2.1.2 and 2.2) of freetrack query and it seems there are no differences between output. It means, that issue causing my problems exactly in FT 2.2 code. So, FT 2.1.2 still working (not in arma 2 unfortunately) and FT 2.2 waiting for solution.
