Hi folks,

i want to explane a strange problem or bug.

My system: fs2004, WinXP sp2, AMD single core, Directx 9c, Cam VX1000, FT2.2.279, TIRviews.dll 4.1.028 or 4.1.036

I´m sometimes getting only the half of FPS and only about 50% of CPU-load.

It happens when
1. first starting freetrack (with TIRviews in Folder) and then starting FS2004
or 2. stopping fs2004 or freetrack when connection with tirviews active (output in FT with X at TrackIR interface)

After that my FPS in FS9 is about 15 and my cpu load is about only 50%.
No killing of tasks (freetrack, trackir, anything from the cam) helps.

My solution: Delete or rename TIRviews in Folder.
Start FT and activate FSUIPC support
Stop FT (and save profile)
Start FT (moving in FS9 works with FSUIPC)
Stop FT and copy TIRviews back in folder
Start FT (after starting FS9) and activate TrackIR support

I tried a couple of hours to find out that Freetrack is working fine when following these therms.

perhaps I was able to help someone having the same probs.
