I have a floppy disk and I got undevelopped film, but I'll first try the floppy disk.
That's the most easy one  Than I could just slide it over the lens
Eager to get started again.
And than I'll get a new computer so gaming will be awesome! 
Really need freetrack for my flightsim

Unexposed film is lightly tinted brown and not a good IR filter, exposed film is black and a very good IR filter.

Package arrived! But still can't mount it  I need two other screws because the screws are to small from the original mount...my question is,
which screw size do I need and could I be able to find them in the local store?
OR I just saw that the old holder works as well... I rather try that first not?
The old holder is a bit damage, but it still holds the lens in place very steadily...

Everything is in place, but I can't get it focussed. You have 2 places you can rotate, one nearest to yourself (the big thing sticking out of the cam which you can turn if the lens is in place) and one smaller part nearest to the cicruitbord (to adjust this one you need to screw the whole lens out again).
To my feeling, the one clossest to the lens makes the biggest difference.
The best result I've got so far is by not fully screwing the lens in the lens holder...
But how is that with your cam? Any tips for getting it focussed?

SUCCES!!!!!!!
The lens isn't fully screwed in, but far enough to be mounted securely.
That was the only way I got good focus.
After that I made a cilinder out of paper and glued a piece of flopy disk on it.
So now I can just slide this paper and piece of flopy disk over the lens making it a lot better for tracking!
Now after a bit of tweaking I got 3 solid green lights at the freetrack program meaning PERFECT tracking!
Right now I still got to make a profile for the games but that's a matter of time!

I'm trying to set things up, but it's though
But why does the 3D head 'snap' to the position of fully looking backward?
It's quit anoying because it's not really what I want.
How do you perform the setup actually best?
