I haven't looked to see which adapters come with bluesoliel. I can tell you that the IOGear GBU221 (from wal-mart) does not come with bluesoliel.  You can buy bluesoliel and use it with the gbu221.  The software that came with gbu221 works with the wii, but not as well.  I have very high jitter with the software that came with it.  I installed the trial of Bluesoliel and my jitter was down to 40.

What USB dongle has the BlueSoleil (1.4.9.5) software.???

I have a MSI Btoes 2.0 Micro Dongle with bluesoleil cd included ..... 9.95 euro.
I also have a Sitecom Bluetooth stick on my other PC with Toshiba? software.

Both dongles work fine with freetrack v2.2. software.

A complete list of dongles wich are compatible with the Wiimote is listed here: http://www.wiili.org/index.php/Compatible_Bluetooth_Devices

the Sitecom CN-516 is listed to work, I think most bleutooth dongles will work with the Wiimote.

The MSI I have : http://www.paradigit.nl/info.php?group=17&art=10018334
but I buyed it here:  http:// www.computerland.nl

All you have to install is the bluetooth software that comes with your bluetooth device.  Then connect the wii remote through bluetooth.

I don't think it *has* to be blue soleil, I have the toshiba stack working ok here, but I'm having the same "jumpy tracking" issues as with blue soleil.

I'm using the Anycom USB-500 BT, but not with the delivered stack i using the Kensington drivers. It is not a good solution, but it works.
Here is a link to the drivers: ftp://ftp.kensington.com/BT/KensingtonBTW%204.0.1.2400.zip
and here i found the information:
