ok i now got a vx 3000 cam ir filter removed ect,found the ir leds that i need @ maplins.co.uk,used led assembly wizard + it give me some info,but as i know little bout electronics it may as well be in a different language,this is info i get

anyone willing to point me in right direction as to what i need to ask for or order from maplins,im dying to use my freetrack setup but only stuck getting right resistor          thanks in advance!!

What you need to find is a resistor :

120 ohms value

able to sustain CONTINUOUS 0.51w dissipated power

so my guess is to go for a 1w or 2w resistor.

Since Freetrack isn't a hi-perf electronics setup, you can use almost any resistor type, you don't need to go for a particular res type (precision res, ...)

So look for a 120 ohms 1W or 120 ohms 2W resistor, the cheaper the better.
