As you can read in the hardware FAQ tread:

Can I use a Wii Remote's camera with FreeTrack?
The Wii remote's camera will be supported in the next release.

I can only add that the new 2.2 version in in the beta-testing stage and should  be released soon.

Off line Www

Not in 2.1. But 2.2 will have that capability. It will require nearly no cpu and track at 100 fps. I guess you've been looking at johnny lee chung's wiimote projects, lol. There is no set date for the release of 2.2 yet, but it's close. i'm sure that would have been your next question ;).

Its in beta testing phase right now, so I wouldn't spend more than 20 dollars (logitech quickcam at walmart) on a webcam til it comes out if you expect to be using the wiimote later. I have bought a wiimote myself in anticipation of 2.2. Also, I hear its going to be compatible with trackir cams an so on.

I hope this answers your questions, and have a woderful day!!!

Marcus
