Great program!!
Am having fun getting used to it

However, I want to map my right mouse button to center the tracking. The only option for the mouse is the middle button. How can I map the right button?

Oh!..and why does pause cause massive neverending stuttering in my game? It's basically unusable. I am playing ArmA by the way.

Mouse mapping will be available in the next version to all but the left mouse button. There may be mouse->keyboard mapping software available that can be used in the meantime.

The stuttering in ArmA while paused can be avoided by pressing the centre key after pausing. This problem appears to be unique to ArmA because it has a very short view reset timeout. The update rate has been increased for the next version to avoid the problem.

Cool, thanks for that!

I look forward to the new release then.

Also would be cool if we could map single keys like "Crtl" , "Alt" and "Shift". Because at the moment it seems they can only be mapped in combo with other keys?

The only way to allow mapping to the shift modifiers is to lose the ability to map to combo keys. Losing hundreds of possible key combos that are essential for avoiding key conflicts is not worth it just for six keys.

As an extension to this issue, is anyone else running into an issue where ArmA prevents the use of the hotkeys?

While ArmA is running, I can't use any global hotkeys, be they Freetrack's or Winamp's.  The minute I alt-tab back to windows, they work just fine.

ArmA isn't the most stable of games, so I'd like to avoid having to Alt Tab just to recentre tracking.

FreeTrack uses DirectInput for hotkeys, I recall being able to use FreeTrack hotkeys in the ArmA demo and others seem to be able to use them as well. Try using some basic letter keys.

Will do, just as soon as I find a letter on the keyboard that ArmA isn't already using for three things :)
