Hello everyone,, I would like to ask somebody who has experience with my problem how can I solve it.. so

My first problem is that I have new version of PS3 eye cam (I cant remove IR filter) so my questin is,  would this work with 3 IR leds sfh485p on 50-75mA ??
Ofc I can use physical filter (film negative or flopy disc)

Second problem includes resistor, im really confused which resistor should I use, as u can see this are my freetrack Assembly Wizard results

powered by USB (5V)

this means that I should use resistor (30ohm resistence, 5% tolerance, 0,13W power rating), is it right??  is this one good? http://sk.farnell.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?sku=1700216

And last problem is, where can I buy it? I live in Europa(Slovakia), so I have to buy it via internet,  I saw that lot of adivices point at company farnell (link above) but I think that this company sells products only for business purposes,, (other companies), or am I wrong?

ps: sorry for my bad english

Hi,
with the sfh485p go for this one:

10 Ohm is ok.

There is Conrad for electronic parts:

You can try the PS3 without removing the ir-filter but a light daylight filter (no floppy disc it's a bad filter solution better combinate color filters green/red/blue) in a dark room.

ok thank u bro,, really :)  it could be filter from 3D glasses, yes?

Guide that u linked uses resistor with 250mW instead of 125mW as I wanted to use,, but ok,, I can try this resistor.

I tried green and red plastic sheets from cheap 3d glasses and this works well.
Even homemade makes the deal.

Using 250mW instead of 125mW resistor doesn't change anything for the circuit. 1/4W resistors are just more usual and they will less heat.
