I am new to this but I want to build a set with 4 osram SFH485P a battericase and rechargeble batteries i also want an on/off switch, how do i do it and what do i need (have the diodes),  :D

Hi i just built me a setup using the same things you have i just wired every thing up with no resisters and it works fine however i dont have the on- off switch yet will get next week hope this helps some im still having other issues though  good luck

Here is a good reference had you looked a bit more before posting.

Always use resistors on LEDs, not like some one else tells you who has his own problems..
