Hi!I just read the whole forum and freetrack wiki or others who wanted to try with M$ BT Stack, U MUST use or test by ur self a BT dongle that is working with M$ BT Stack.
Here is a list of BT Dongle that explain what is working or not with Wiimote, that is everything I can do for U. Wiimote list of compatible devices |

my dongle works fine with bluesoleil, and so freetrack. The point is that i don't want use bluesoleil or other stacks, just MS windows 7 stack. Smootboard works with MS BT Stack in windows 7, my question is... why can't Freetrack work with MS stack if other softwares can. It's clear now?

i just found this http://wiiyourself.gl.tter.org/WiiYourself!_1.15.zip it's a demo for testing a wiimote. I tried it and used only MS bluetooth stack and it works very well. All the wiimote function, accelerometer and camera works... source code is included... for who is interested in using it with freetrack.

nope, i don't use it with freetrack.... it just show that with simple libraries and MS bt stack the wiimote works like a charme... so if it can be implemented in the next freetrack version it will be a very good feature... no more Bluesoleil sucking resources... and freetrack can work very well IMO...

I'm also in this situation; Windows 7 can connect to the wiimote fine, other programs can read data from its buttons, sensors and camera, I can select "Wiimote #1" in freetrack, but the start button is grayed out.
I would really rather not install bluesoleil, it is a huge pain in the arse. --Scythe-- |

I am now running the toshiba stack. It connects to the wiimote fine, but the start button is still greyed out.
