Now that Lock On 2 uses the Launcher.exe file both DCS Black Shark and LOMAC 2 share the same freetrack profile.  Is there any way to create seperate profiles for these games? Not a major problem but it would be nice to have seperate tracking for each game.

Did you realize that you could drag&drop 'game subprofiles' under 'setting profiles'?

You could make 2 setting profiles (newprofile1 and newprofile2) and make adjustment for every game. Then, upon start, you could drag&drop BS to that profile manually.

Sorry but I couldn't figure easier way :)
