I seem to have an issue with the Z(zoom) axis.

If I fly in IL2 for instance (although it is not limited to just this game), When I am looking forward the zoom function works as it should, but, if I am looking either left or right and try to zoom in my view first moves forward, then it zooms in.  Is this a bug or is it something in my setup/settings?
It's a bit disconcerting and dis-orientating to say the least.

Oh and I use one of the pre made caps bought from "marcusw" on the forums. (and very good it is too )

If you watch it I try to zoom in over the wings of the aircraft.  But, firts the veiw moves forward then zooms in. Is there no way of just zooming in where you are looking?
