Class : Apprenti Posts : 40 Registered on : 21/08/2007 Off line	I am using my DV cam with the 4 led had mount. Res is 720x576 at 25fps and unfortunately there is no adjustment allowed. I have tried MMX filter and I get "Division by Zero" error The SE2 filter gives vertical lines Also, If I do get it going, how can I use Freetrack with DIRT ? Do I need to also load the TRACKIR software or will it just work ?

Freetrack only supports I420, RGB24 and RGB32 compression. The resolution is also high which will use a big portion of your cpu. Support FreeTrack

(I have an AMD X2 3800+ XP-Pro SP2 DX9c) I will buy a webcam to see if it works. I can pick up one of these on the way home tonight.. (AUS$) Any recommendations ? It works but very difficult to get used to since I normally drive with external camera Low Res and Hi Res all give about 8% to 13% CPU usage. I set it to 30fps but program only displays 20 fps. Class : Apprenti Posts : 45 Registered on : 27/08/2007 Off line	just bought me a $25 Logitech Quickcam IM freetrack FPS averages >27 FPS. although mine seems to have white pixels stuck when i use it as webcam (I'm returning it to the store and see weather it's a Quickam IM specific problem or not) but overall it tracks superbly in freetrack recommended.
